A Infant & Parent/Caregiver Playgroup

Mondays from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

This is a dedicated space centered entirely on supporting new and returning parents and caregivers through their baby's first year of life.

Every week features a welcoming circle time to meet other families and share your parenting journey, alongside weekly assistance from the lactation consultants at Promise Parenting.

This group is specifically designed for families with infants aged 0 to 12 months, though older siblings are always welcome to attend with their younger siblings.

No registration required; just come as you are. We hope to see you this Monday!

We encourage expecting parents to drop in near the end of their pregnancy to get acquainted with the group and learn about the resources available after baby arrives!
